Mariscos Baja Mar | Our Story
Tucson's home for real mariscos
Mariscos Baja Mar grew from a simple conviction: Tucson deserved bold, fresh Mexican seafood served the way it's meant to be — generous, affordable, and made with care. Two locations later, that conviction hasn't budged.
The food comes first
The menu celebrates Mexican coastal cooking — ceviche in a molcajete, bacon-wrapped chiles güeritos, and a red salsa regulars can't stop ordering.
The Baja Mar experience
Blue tables, open sky, food-truck energy, and a staff that makes you feel like a regular from your very first visit — this place has never tried to be anything fancier than it is. That's exactly why people love it.
North Tucson and South Tucson
The Oracle Road spot brings beer, cocktails, and a full day of eating from breakfast through dinner; the Nogales Highway location keeps it hyper-casual and BYOB-friendly. Same kitchen pride at both — different neighborhood, same plate.
Tucson started talking
Food explorer Mark Wiens featured Baja Mar on his 2021 Tucson tour, TikTok keeps finding it, and a line of weekly regulars proves the point.
